Miss World Alexandria Mills, an 18-year-old from Louisville, Kentucky, was just crowned Miss World in southern China. Alexandria is a beauty pageant titleholder from the United States who was crowned Miss World 2010 on October 30, 2010 in Sanya, China. She is the first woman from her country to win Miss World since Gina Tolleson in 1990 and the 60th Miss World in the history of the pageant. Prior to participating in Miss World, 18-year-old Mills graduated high school and wanted to become a teacher. A vegetarian, Mills is also a fashion model and is listed with Elite Models agency.
